Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for processing during peak periods. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay in your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer several shipping options, including standard and express services. Estimated delivery times are:

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier or weather disruptions.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to select international destinations.
Shipping fees and delivery estimates for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Adam & Alice London is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at Info@AdamandAlice.co.uk with your order number. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
